My Dear Alan Andrews began as the folk project of front man Colin Taylor in the summer of 2006. Since then, there have been dozens of musicians adding to the live performances and recordings of this ever changing collection of songs and ideas.
In 2009, MDAA released two albums, and traveled two midwest tours, covering 10 states, playing mostly to bartenders and bystanders.
