RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is allowed but you will need to go through the main entrance and vehicle checkpoint each time you leave and return.

SHUTTLE SERVICES

There will be a shuttle available Saturday afternoon from 1pm-4pm that will be making round trips to Shabbona, to the nearest grocery store, gas station, and liquor store. This service is provided free of charge to:

1) encourage our festival goers to continue their exceptional festival experience while making responsible and safe driving decisions
2) reduce fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by carpooling
3) reduce traffic and increase safety within the park grounds.

FOOD AND DRINK

You may bring any food you want but keep in mind we will have several local food vendors on site offering vegan, vegetarian, and carnivorous meal options for about $5.00 - $8.00.  You may also bring any beverages you want (including alcohol if you are over 21) but they must be in plastic, aluminum, or re-usable containers.  No glass!!  There is an on-site general store that will have some snacks and drinks as well; Coke, chips, candy, bottled water, that sort of thing.

BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS

There are six public shower stalls (3 mens, 3 womens) in the permanent bathroom facility located near the second stage pavilion.  They will be available 24/7 and cleaned daily.  Please respect them and keep them clean/intact!!  They will be closed if they are being abused.  There are also several stalls next to the showers and plenty of port-o-potty's placed around the park.

PETS

We believe that pets add a heightened sense of community to the festival and thus love to have them around!  Please use common sense, though, when considering bringing your pet: will they be able to handle 1,000+ people?  Do you want to be responsible for watching a dog the whole weekend?  Etc...  It is unique to our festival that we allow pets and we'd like to keep it that way!  Help us do that by making your choice responsibly.

RV'S

Stonehouse Park has a limited number of RV spots with water/electrical hookups.  There is a fee of $25 to park your RV for Friday/Saturday night during Widow's Peak, and $35 per night for any extra dates before or after.

CAMPING / CAMPSITES

Most of our camping is primitive, although there is a very small handful of cutaway campsites each with a picnic table and personal fire pit which are first come, first served (gates open 3:00pm Friday)!  Other than that it is all fields and forrest, but all campsites are within easy walking distance and most of them are within earshot of the stages!  Portable propane grills and small charcoal grills will be allowed but all flames MUST BE CONTAINED in the primitive camping grounds - please read the following section on fire instruction.  Finally, in regards to saving neighboring spots, you are allowed to do so UNLESS someone else wants or needs the space.  Your friends should have been responsible to get there early like you.  Besides, if you're nice about it I think most people would move on.

MUCH ADO ABOUT GRILLING

PLEASE follow these instructions if you plan to use a grill: You may use gas/propane fuel sources or charcoal, but scavenging for wood on site will NOT be permitted. The fire must be entirely contained and off the ground. Please keep the fires as small as possible and extinguish them as soon as you are finished. When you are done cooking with charcoal, put it out with water before going into a show, going to sleep or leaving your camp, rather than letting it burn out over time. In any case, DO NOT DUMP COALS ON THE GROUND or in the trash until they are entirely cool. After the coals are COMPLETELY DEAD, dispose of them properly.

HANDICAP FACILITIES

Every inch of our park, three stages, bathrooms, and showers are handicap accesible.  Cars with valid handicap placards will receive priority parking.

PARKING

Parking locations will be determined by Stonehouse Staff on the fly but please be aware that MOST PARKING WILL BE IN A LOT a couple hundred yards away from the camp sites. For the safety of our concertgoers and the health of the campgrounds, next-to-tent parking will be prohibited until further notice.

OFF-STAGE MUSIC

Bring it on!  Only a couple of quid pro quo's... no electronic music equipment will be allowed in the campground: acoustic instruments only.  And please keep your volume to a respectful level during respecful hours so as not to disturb your lovely neighbors.  Take a gander at the "Respect" section of our Rules and Regulations for further clarification.

CELL PHONE SERVICE

AT&T and Verizon both work well towards the front of the park where all the action is. Other carriers and sections of the park can get spotty!
